Jewellery Makes and Christmas fair

Hello, hello!!! Welcome one, welcome all to my small but hopefully regular ramblings on my jewellery work, crafty creations and crochet makes.

Now then, where to start?….

New Jewellery Items….

Trying to get pictures of my jewellery items is a full time thing at the moment.  Moving round the house following the natural light, blimey what a difference when the sun shines!

I do have a light box, but I like to take natural pictures when I can.
In fact as it’s mid autumn at the moment, the pumpkins are making wonderful props.

The colours of the Rhodochrosite beads are beautiful, so delicate next to the oxidised silver.

And even my stone stack earrings look pretty on the orange pumpkin.

Haha, do think they look more like sleeping snowmen.  These two new styles are going to be available on the website very soon, but at the moment I’m trying to photograph all the latest designs.

Christmas Fair – 7th-8th December

It’s been so busy so far, photographing jewellery pieces, trying to make more stock for my only Christmas fair in December.  This is at Craft in the City in Nottingham, and then also adding more items to the website…..oh and then trying to crochet birthday and Christmas gifts, (that I will talk about more in my next blog)….phew!

I’m so very happy that I have a stall at the Craft in the City Christmas fair this year.  I’m going to be at the fair on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December.

It’s on the top floor in Waterstones, Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham.

If you are wishing to buy beautiful handmade gifts from local artists this year, then the fair is definitely worth a visit.   It will be on every weekend in December up to 21st/22nd.

I’m really looking forward to this and I know I will be making lots more items to take with me, but it will be worth it.

Of course if you aren’t able to visit Nottingham this Christmas, I have lots of items of jewellery for sale on my website, please take a look through my logo link.  I do hope you are able come to the fair, it would be lovely to see you there.  Lots of love Nic.
